Referral Rewards
Terms and Conditions
To be eligible to claim Referral Rewards, you must:

be an existing Member; and
-
have completed at least one (1) full payment on your ZenVida Membership (Minimum Term).
A referral can only be submitted by a ZenVida Member using the online form. You cannot nominate who you referred to ZenVida retrospectively or backdated.
Referral Rewards are not applicable for ex-members who rejoin ZenVida within six (6) months of their previous membership. Both the referrer and the recipient must meet unique first-time criteria to be eligible to claim Referral Rewards.
Referral Rewards are assigned to one (1) member only and cannot be split across multiple members.
Referral Rewards are not issued until one (1) full ZenVida Membership payment has been received from the person you referred. This is generally four (4) weeks after the referral’s ZenVida Membership starts.
Once Referral Rewards applied on your membership, the extra free time and add-ons cannot be edited, moved or reassigned.
Referral Rewards cannot be applied during membership Hold periods, discounted rate periods or if there is not a current/active membership. A Hold cannot be applied during free time periods received from Referral Rewards or otherwise.
Additional free time issued from Referral Rewards cannot be applied towards the Minimum Term. That means you must be an existing ZenVida Member to claim the Referral Rewards.
Referral Rewards cannot be exchanged for other goods, services or for another tender, cash or discount.
