Code of Conduct
This Code of Conduct must be complied with to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment.
Any internal signage displayed within the ZenVida premises forms part of ZenVida’s Terms & Conditions and should be treated as part of the Code of Conduct.
If ZenVida reasonably considers that you are in breach, we reserve the right to terminate all services (including membership) immediately without reimbursement to you and take further action if deemed appropriate.
1. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY
Customers are responsible for damage caused by them or their guests to ZenVida property or equipment.
2. ACCESS & BEHAVIOUR
You must behave in a respectful manner whilst on the ZenVida premises and communicating with staff.
ZenVida has a zero-tolerance policy for behaviour that may cause injury or impact someone’s safety and wellbeing. This includes any form whatsoever of sexual behaviour or solicitation, being disruptive, unreasonable, disrespectful, abusive, violent, discriminatory or intimidating.
Breaches of this Code of Conduct may result in removal from the premises, suspension of access, or termination of membership in accordance with the applicable Membership Terms & Conditions. ZenVida reserves the right to take these actions without prior notice.
3. SMOKING
Members and their guests acknowledge that the ZenVida premises are non-smoking (including e-cigarettes).
4. PRIVACY AND SECURITY
You may not photograph, record, or film another person without their prior consent.
5. MOBILE PHONES
As a courtesy to all customers and ZenVida staff, Customers must not use their devices in a manner that disrupts, harasses, or compromises the quiet comfort or privacy of others.
6. ONLINE CONDUCT & PUBLIC COMMENTS
ZenVida respects customers’ right to provide honest feedback and share their experiences. Customers are expected to communicate feedback in a fair and respectful manner.
Customers must not publish or encourage others to publish content that is knowingly false, misleading, defamatory, threatening, harassing, or intended to cause harm to ZenVida, its staff, or other customers.
Any concerns or complaints should be communicated directly to ZenVida so we have the opportunity to review and address them appropriately.
