The honest trade-off among ZenVida's rituals usually comes down to time, pressure and focus. If you only have 30 minutes, Reflexology or a short Deep Tissue session covers the essentials without stretching your afternoon. If you have 90 minutes to spare and your legs are the problem, Travel Recovery and Deep Tissue both work the lower body hard, but Travel Recovery stays lighter and more soothing while Deep Tissue applies firmer, more targeted pressure into muscle knots.
For guests choosing between Energy Balance and a Swedish or Lomi Lomi massage, the difference is intention and technique rather than intensity: Energy Balance is a holistic ritual that layers in reiki, chakra and meridian work with gentle bodywork to release emotional tension and blockages. On the other hand, the more traditional Swedish and Lomi Lomi are gentle full body massages rely on longer, flowing strokes to help you relax away any muscle tension.

Can I combine two rituals in one visit?
Yes. Combination Massage is a fully personalized 90 or 120-minute session that blends techniques to your needs, and several signature rituals like Full Body Reset already combine massage, reflexology and facial work in one booking.
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
Both work. Walk-ins are welcome from street level during opening hours, and booking online guarantees your preferred time and therapist.
Is Energy Balance or Thai massage safe if I'm pregnant?
For pregnancy, book Pregnancy Massage specifically. It is designed for the 2nd and 3rd trimesters, and we ask that you let us know in advance and confirm with your doctor before your visit.
How far ahead should I book a Couples Retreat?
Advance booking is recommended, especially on weekends. Cancellations or changes need at least 2 hours' notice; no-shows and late cancellations incur a 50% fee.
Do prices change depending on the day I visit?
