Introducing the ZenVida Academy

At ZenVida, we believe that exceptional massage therapy doesn't happen by accident. It is the result of rigorous training, expert mentorship, and a genuine passion for the craft.
That's why we are proud to announce the launch of the ZenVida Academy. This is a new initiative created in partnership with ISED, one of Madrid's leading schools for massage therapy and bodywork education.
A Partnership Built on Excellence
ISED has long been recognized for producing some of the most capable and dedicated massage therapists in Madrid. By partnering with them, we're able to identify exceptional students early in their journey and offer them something rare: real, hands-on experience in a professional wellness environment, guided by our own team of expert therapists.
Highly Selective, By Design
Not every student who applies becomes a ZenVida Academy apprentice. Our selection process is intentionally rigorous, including a formal interview and a hands-on practical massage assessment evaluated by our senior therapists.
Only those who meet our exacting standards for skill, professionalism, and care are invited to join the program. We believe that maintaining this high bar is essential, not only to protect the experience of our guests, but to ensure our apprentices are set up to become truly excellent therapists.
What the Program Involves
Once accepted, ZenVida Academy apprentices complete 100 hours of supervised massage practice within our centre, working directly with paying clients under the close guidance of our experienced team.
Throughout the program, our therapists shadow sessions, provide real-time feedback, and coach apprentices on technique, client care, and the finer details that define a truly great massage experience.
This isn't classroom theory. It's real-world practice, in a real spa, with real clients, guided every step of the way.
Why We Are Doing This
Sara and Scott started ZenVida because Madrid was missing something they had come to love and rely on elsewhere: an authentic, high-quality massage experience that did not compromise on either comfort or skill.
As ZenVida has grown, they wanted to give back to the industry that has given so much, and there is no better way to do that than by helping shape the next generation of talented therapists.
We are incredibly proud to play a pivotal role in the training and development of ISED's top massage therapy students and look forward to watching our apprentices grow into the skilled professionals we know they will become.
