Promotional Drawing

 

€300 Massage & Dinner Package

 

1. Organizer

​

The promotional draw (the “Draw”) is organized by ZenVida Foot & Body S.L., with registered address at Calle de la Cruz 16, Centro, Madrid 2812, and tax identification number B21653738 (the “Organizer”).

 

2. Purpose of the Draw

 

The purpose of the Draw is promotional. Participants may enter for a chance to win a massage and dinner package valued at €300, of which €200 is redeemable at ZenVida Foot & Body SL and €100 redeemable at a restaurant selected by the company, subject to the terms set out below.

 

3. Eligibility

 

Participation is open to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

  • Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry

  • Are legal residents of Spain

  • Provide a valid email address

  • Complete the entry requirements as described in Section 4

 

Employees, collaborators, or immediate family members of the Organizer are excluded from participation.

 

4. How to Enter

 

To enter the Draw, participants must:

  • Provide their email address via zenvida.es/give-away during the promotional period

  • Accept these Terms and Conditions

 

No purchase is necessary to participate.

 

Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.

5. Promotional Period

 

The Draw will be open from 20 December 2025 to January 31 2026, inclusive. Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

 

6. Prize

 

One (1) winner will receive a massage package with a total value of €300, of which €200 is redeemable at ZenVida Foot & Body SL and €100 redeemable at a restaurant selected by the company.

Prize conditions:

  • The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash

  • The prize must be used within 6 months of notification

  • Appointments are subject to availability

  • The prize may not be combined with other promotions

​

All entries receive €10 towards their first massage at ZenVida Foot & Body and must be redeemed by 31 March 2026.

7. Winner Selection

 

The winner will be selected by random draw on 1 February 2026  from all valid entries.

 

The Organizer’s decision is final and not subject to appeal.

​

​

8. Winner Notification

 

The winner will be notified by email within 5 business days of the draw.

​

If the winner does not respond within calendar days, or declines the prize, the Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

 

9. Publicity

 

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that the Organizer may use their first name and/or initials for promotional purposes related to the Draw, unless the winner expressly objects.

 

10. Data Protection

 

Personal data provided by participants will be processed in accordance with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

  • Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD)

 

The data controller is ZenVida Foot & Body S.L.

 

Personal data will be used for:

  • Managing participation in the Draw

  • Contacting the winner

 

If participants have explicitly consented, their email address may also be used for marketing communications.

 

Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability by contacting hola@zenvida.es.

11. Liability

 

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • Entries not received due to technical issues

  • Any misuse of the prize by the winner

 

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights.

12. Acceptance of the Terms

 

Participation in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

 

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

 

Any disputes shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
