Reservations Policy

1. ​AVAILABLE SERVICES 

Details of ZenVida treatments, add-ons, availability, duration and pricing (including VAT) are available on our website at www.zenvida.es

 

2. MAKING RESERVATIONS 

Walk-in appointments are welcome. However, advance bookings are recommended, particularly for weekends and holiday periods. 

 

Reservations can be made: 

  • By email or telephone (including WhatsApp) 

  • In person at ZenVida premises 

 

3. BOOKING CONFIRMATION PAYMENTS 

A booking confirmation payment may be required to secure your reservation. Depending on the service, appointment duration, group size, demand, or other booking circumstances, ZenVida may require: 

  • a 25€ deposit per person; 

  • a 45€ deposit per person for services of 90€ or more; or 

  • full payment in advance. 

 

Any required payment will be confirmed at the time of booking. Booking confirmation payments are applied towards the total cost of the service and secure the reserved appointment time and therapist availability. 

 

Booking confirmation payments are not refundable for cancellations, appointment changes, or non-attendance outside the cancellation period. Any exceptions will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. 

 

4. ARRIVALS 

Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and completion of the Customer Intake Form. 

 

If you arrive after a scheduled appointment time, this may reduce the duration of your treatment. The full price for the booked service remains payable. 

 

5. RESCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS 

ZenVida reserves dedicated appointment times for each customer. Cancellations or appointment changes require at least 4 hours’ notice. 

 

Appointments cancelled with less than 4 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, remain fully chargeable because the reserved appointment time cannot normally be offered to another customer. 

 

6. GIFT CARDS 

ZenVida gift cards are available for purchase at reception and online. Gift card purchases may be cancelled within 14 calendar days of purchase, subject to applicable legal conditions. 

7.   IN-ROOM SERVICE (SELECTED HOTELS ONLY) 

ZenVida offers in-room massage services during ordinary business hours at selected partner hotels only, subject to availability and prior confirmation. In-room services are not available at all hotels. Customers should contact ZenVida to confirm availability before booking.

In-room services are subject to the Reservations Policy, including cancellation, payment and delay charges.
