Membership Terms & Conditions

1.   AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the purchase of a Membership from ZenVida Foot & Body S.L.

By accepting this contract, you agree to the following:

  • you have read, understand and accept without reservation each and every one of the terms and conditions; and

  • you agree to and assume all the obligations set out in herein.

2.  MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Current Membership fees, benefits and inclusions are published on our website and confirmed at the time of joining.

Additional Membership Services – Members may purchase an unlimited number of additional services for their personal use at discounted rates.

Rewards Program – Members can participate in our Rewards Program and earn additional services and discounts. See our Referral Rewards Terms & Conditions for further details.

3.   MINIMUM AGE

Membership eligibility is subject to ZenVida’s minimum age requirements. Members under 18 must provide required parental/guardian consent and/or supervision during their services as legally required.

4.   CHANGES TO MEMBERSHIP TERMS

ZenVida reserves the right to change terms & conditions of Membership, hours of operation, services offered and all fees and charges, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

Changes will be notified to you through the ZenVida newsletter published from time to time, on our website, and/or by email to your last known address.

5.   MEMBERSHIP ACCESS & IDENTIFICATION

Members must comply with these Membership Terms & Conditions, Spa Rules & Customer Information, Reservations Policy, and Code of Conduct. These documents form part of the terms governing your Membership (ZenVida Terms).

Membership is personal and cannot be transferred, shared, or used by another person.

Members must register at reception as required and may be required to provide identification to verify their Membership.

6.   FEES & PAYMENT TERMS

ZenVida reserves the right to update Membership fees, benefits or inclusions. Any changes that materially affect your Membership will be notified to you by email one (1) month before they take effect.

You must inform ZenVida of any change in your contact details, bank accounts or credit card details for payment, or any other information relevant to your Membership.

Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable. You agree that you will be charged the monthly Membership based on payment in advance.

Bookings and Appointments - Members must comply with ZenVida’s Reservations Policy. Late cancellation and no-show charges may apply.

Payment Terms - The monthly Membership Debit will be paid by a nominated bank account or credit card. On each occasion that a scheduled payment is declined for any reason, the Member gives permission to ZenVida to charge the declined payment the following month or by any other lawful payment method available.

7.   MEMBERSHIP DURATION & CANCELLATION

Your Membership may be cancelled if you fail to comply with these Membership Terms & Conditions or the ZenVida Code of Conduct. ZenVida reserves the right to refuse future membership to you in these circumstances.

The monthly debit continues automatically unless you cancel your membership seven (7) days prior to the end of the relevant Membership month, or anytime thereafter by notifying ZenVida in writing of your cancellation request. Your Membership will then be cancelled starting from the following month.

Payments will continue to be debited until the membership is cancelled by you in writing. You will be notified of the date the debits will cease when the cancellation request is received and approved by ZenVida.

If any payments, fees or other debts remain due but unpaid from any source, ZenVida may suspend the Member’s use of the Membership Services until all fees and other debts are paid in full. If payment is not received, the Membership will be cancelled.

Additional Services and Packs - Any additional services, treatments, products, or Packs purchased separately from your Membership are separate transactions and are subject to their own applicable terms and cancellation conditions.

Cancellation of your Membership does not automatically cancel, refund, or terminate any separately purchased services or Packs. Any rights relating to cancellation, withdrawal, or refunds for such purchases will be determined in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and the terms applicable to the relevant purchase.

8.   EVENTS & WORKSHOPS

Occasionally, ZenVida may avail third-party experts () who offer complimentary workshop, seminars or services such as yoga or meditation; personal development / mental-health advisors, nutrition consultation, physiotherapy and/or similar physical therapy services ().

Please read descriptions carefully: some Events may require a certain skill level or experience before attending and you may be asked to leave if you do not meet the minimum requirements.

For safety reasons, you may be denied access to an Event if you try to enter more than 10 minutes after the scheduled start time.

Late cancel and no-show fees will be charged unless stated otherwise in the Events booking description and/or marketing materials.

9.   HEALTH & SAFETY OBLIGATIONS

Members must comply with ZenVida’s health and safety requirements, and complete any required Customer Intake Forms before receiving services.

10.   CODE OF CONDUCT & MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION

Members and their guests must comply with the ZenVida Code of Conduct. Breaches may result in suspension or termination of Membership.

11.   PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

ZenVida may collect and process personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. CCTV operates within ZenVida premises for safety and security purposes.

You will receive marketing correspondence via email on regular basis which may include (but not limited to) information about new services and products, newsletters and promotional material. You can unsubscribe at any time.

12.   LIABILITY & RISK

Members acknowledge that participation in treatments, events and activities may involve inherent risks. Members are responsible for providing accurate health information and following staff instructions.

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZenVida is not responsible for loss or damage arising from misuse of facilities, failure to follow instructions, or personal belongings brought onto the premises.

 

Licensee services (see Item 6.1) shall be taken up at your sole discretion. All and any claims you may have as a result of an act or failure to act by a Licensee (whether or not payment has been made) will be brought against and be the sole responsibility of the Licensee.

13.   GENERAL TERMS

You acknowledge that no one has made any representations (whether verbal or written) to induce you to enter this contract, and that no verbal agreements or understandings have been made with ZenVida unless as set out in this contract.

This contract has an indefinite period of validity and applies to all of your purchases of services and goods at ZenVida.

This contract is governed by Spanish law. Unless otherwise required by consumer protection regulations, any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain.
