1. ETIQUETTE
Please turn your electronic devices onto vibrate before entering ZenVida premises. We actively discourage you from using your mobile phones during treatments so you can fully enjoy the benefits of a brief digital detox.
2. ATTIRE
Bathrobes, slippers and disposable underwear are provided by ZenVida for your comfort. For certain services such as Thai massage, we will provide you with the suitable clothing to change into. For our reflexology services, we also provide comfortable loose pants if you require.
Full nudity is expressly prohibited during any treatment at ZenVida.
3. UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOUR
ZenVida has a zero-tolerance policy towards disrespectful, threatening or abusive language; sexual behaviour or harassment; discrimination; or if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Your services will be immediately terminated, and you will be asked to leave if ZenVida considers your behaviour is unacceptable in any way.
4. HEALTH CONDITIONS
For your health and safety, we require customers to accurately complete the Customer Intake Form prior to commencing any service. The information you provide may require your therapist to modify the services. If in doubt, we advise you to consult your doctor before booking.
If you are pregnant - please notify ZenVida as we offer specialised treatments. You will be required to provide an acknowledgement form and/or medical clearance prior to receiving any treatments at ZenVida. Please note that we cannot provide full body massages during your first three (3) months of pregnancy.
In some cases, your requested service may not be able to be performed at all, in which case the therapist will consider if a suitable alternative treatment is available. If no services can be safely performed, you will be fully refunded.
ZenVida is a non-medical environment, and all our treatments and holistic practices focus solely on your wellbeing. Our massages, treatments and holistic practices are neither medical nor paramedical. Under no circumstances should they replace or be a substitute for medical advice or treatment.
5. ITEMS OF VALUE (LOSS OR DAMAGE)
Please secure your valuables. ZenVida will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to customer property during your visit.
6. MINORS
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult.
7. IN-ROOM SERVICE (SELECTED HOTELS ONLY)
ZenVida offers in-room massage services during ordinary business hours at selected partner hotels only, subject to availability and prior confirmation. In-room services are not available at all hotels. Customers should contact ZenVida to confirm availability before booking.
An additional 50% surcharge applies to all in-room services to cover travel time and associated operational costs. Where ZenVida is required to provide additional equipment, including a massage table, an additional €50 charge will apply.
Customers are responsible for being ready at the agreed appointment time. Where customer delays affect the delivery of an in-room service, ZenVida may reduce the treatment duration to ensure the appointment remains within the allocated time.
Where a customer delay results in the therapist waiting for a significant period, extending the appointment beyond the agreed time, or requiring the therapist to remain available outside ZenVida’s normal operating hours, an additional charge may apply. This charge will reflect the additional time and costs incurred by ZenVida and may be up to 100% of the service price.
8 LIABILITY & RISK
Customers acknowledge that participation in treatments, events and activities may involve inherent risks. Customers are responsible for providing accurate health information and following staff instructions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ZenVida is not responsible for loss or damage arising from misuse of facilities, failure to follow instructions, or personal belongings brought onto the premises.
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Article 103 of the TRLDCU establishes the exceptions to the consumer's right of withdrawal. This states that once a service or treatment at ZenVida has commenced or completed, with the prior express consent and acknowledgement by the consumer, the right of cancellation or withdrawal is lost.
